Jemie-vision

Some people believe dogs cannot watch television. Well, I’m here to prove that wrong, at least in my case. Jemie is definitely watching something on both the television AND computer screen. This is one reason I do not bring Jemie to work. She will insist on sitting on your lap (or desk) to look at your monitor – kind of hard when you’re trying to work! Here’s the proof:

  1. My TV is too high so my dog can’t see it. But she does go crazy if there is a dog barking on TV. She runs to the door to see whats makin the fuss.

  3. My dogs are too busy trying to be the center of attention to watch TV. But I have personally witnessed Jemie not only watch TV but enjoy watching it. I have no doubt that dogs can’t enjoy the tube as much as we do!

  4. I don’t have a TV, but one of my cats will sit on my lap and watch DVDs or watch me do work on my laptop.

    By the way, I can attest to Jemie’s love of TV— I’ve seen her in action. I think her favorite is Animal Planet.

  5. I wish my dog is a little more fun, but I don’t have TV neither. All she does is to sleep and eat… after all she is 14 yo. TV is for everyone, I guess- babies, kids, adults, dogs and cats…

  7. I have seen many pets watch TV and everything else, completely clued into what’s going on around them. We definitely don’t understand them, or, give them enough credit!
